Delivery information
Please ensure that you have entered the correct address when placing your order. Use the contact page, including your order number to change your address — however, this does not guarantee that your address will be changed in time, so please double check your address before placing your order. We are unable to deliver to PO or any other box-type address due to our couriers’ requirements; if such is entered as the address and then failed delivery occurs, a refund will not be issued. Please ensure you are providing your full name as the addressee, of which you have ID for. We cannot accept any liability for incorrect addresses or addressee information; if your order is returned to us for such reason, you will incur another shipping fee to send your order out to you. You will also incur another shipping fee in the event that you have not been available for the courier when they have attempted delivery and the parcel has been returned to us. We are also unable to accept any responsibility for any order that is alleged missing, but the tracking status shows as delivered. In all the events described above, your order is not refundable.
Please be aware that any customs/import fees are liable to the customer. We cannot accept any liability for orders which do not pass customs clearance. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the potential customs fees which may incur from importing into their country from the United Kingdom, where we are based. If the customer refuses to pay customs/import fees incurred and the order is returned to us, your order will not be refunded, due to the spoilable nature of food items and the potential amount of time such parcels take to be returned to us.
We cannot accept any responsibility for products which change in shape or texture, including in events such as warm conditions, the breakage of freeze dried items or other food items etc.. In such events, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. When the package has been damaged by the courier, please send us photographic evidence of both the box and the damage to the product(s). Whether the order is refunded in such event will depend on if the courier accepts responsibility and will refund, or if we deem that the products cannot be eaten in the state that they have arrived, which is on a case by case basis. Our decision on such is final and non-negotiable.
All orders are dispatched on working days only, i.e. if you place an order on Friday evening, this will not be dispatched until at least Monday, the next working day.
Any dispatch and shipping times stated on our website are estimated only. Delays can occur, and you will not be entitled to a refund due to your order being delivered outside of these estimated time frames.
UK orders
You will qualify for free shipping when your order reaches £50 or more.
Delivery is tracked and the courier is Evri. For island addresses (Jersey, Guernsey etc.), the courier may be Royal Mail as more remote postcodes are not always covered by Evri.

Once your order has been dispatched, if it appears to have not moved on a tracking stage for a number of days, please contact us. This is a courier issue and we will investigate this with the courier as soon as we can.
The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If the courier is still unable to deliver after this, it will be returned to us. Once received by us, you will incur a further delivery charge to send your order back out to you.
